I really appreciate the openness of situations regarding disappointment and how the definition of it is nit meeting our expectations. I practiced lowering my expectation today to get out for vacation early and when we left at the normal later than I’d like time, I was able to not be stressed about it cause I lowered my expectation from the start. It’s cool how when you’re in Gods Word expectations can be high but we need to be gentle with ourselves and nit judge- God doesn’t so we don’t have to
